Allotments

Today Sarah and I went on a Flickr walk around the Heeley and District allotments its a maze of allotments covering a massive area. Unfoutunatly many are run down and apprarently uncared for. lots of interesting things to take photos of though.

Street Market

I spent some time this afternoon wandering around the continental street market on Fargate in Sheffield. Lots of lovely food and photo opportunities.

Flat pack furniture

New desks arrived for me and Jill at work this week, the only problem being that they were flat packed. So Jill and I decided put them together, we couldn't be doing for waiting for someone to do it for us. Needless to say there was a bit missing but I wasn't giving up! eventually the bit was located and Jill and I now have nice new desks.

The Archers

Its the 15000th episode of the Archers tonight! I can't wait to hear what happens. I've been addicted to it for years.

Did anyone hear the news article today about business jargon? I have lost count of the number of meetings I have sat in listening to things like blue sky thinking , thinking outside the box, things being in different silos.

Bonfire Night

I went to a Bonfire Party last night thrown by one of my oldest friends. There was loads of lovely food, a great bonfire and lots of fireworks!
